What are your opinions and experience with creatine in the week leading up to contest day? The Beverly Plan calls for 1 teaspoon with every meal from Tuesday until stage time. What can I expect with such a heavy loading over that 5 days. I currently have used 5 grams pre and post workout. Will I benefit from loading?

i just load 20 grams in my carb meals. sometimes if my water doesnt drop quick enough ill take it dry in the am. before show.

Thanks Joe. I appreciate the time you take to answer my many questions and I thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. I think I will follow your advice and load it with the carb meals, as that would seem to increase the uptake.
