I am currently prepping for my 1st WNBF Pro show that is being held in Augusta, Georgia! Its on July 29th and have been prepping for quite a while now and have just 26 days left in my prep, I have a very detailed journal of my workouts and diet and supplementation over that time period! The journal is on the website called www.theocbwebsite.com. You can also see how I have used my Beverly Supps as I have prepped for the show each and every day! I have also used the best contest prep guy around and when you combine that with Beverly and Dr. Joe Klemczewski, it does not get any better than that! The journal is this thread right here!

Hi! I am eating fairly clean, my weight hovers at 129-130, and after our vacation next week, I'm going to start training again. My upper body is decent, it's the legs and booty! I justed finished reading, for the third time, Dr. Joe's Metabolic Transformation... motivation, motivation, motivation. This past year I really needed to complete my Master's Degree, and with that finished now, I can get back to fitness.

Well we are both doing the show In Georgia and we are ready to rip each other's heads off, I am telling you, 2 people dieting in the same house is rough! Hopefully with some things out of your way, you can really get those legs to drop down, it really does atke a lot of effort for some women to get them to drop that stubborn bodyfat!
Oh yeah I git my tenure as well and got promoted to the Girls JV Coach for the soccer and my online dieting and training at the house is going well, gonna get some Beverly Distribution coming out of here soon as well! The website still in the process and right now or so far this year I have been working with or have worked with this year about 20 people and its still growing and it keeps me busy as I sit around during the summer in between sessions or wating for my next meal to come around!

With due respect to Craig - any body fat measurement is going to be relative and all have a varience factor, usually of 2 to 4%. BF measurements can be a great predictor of trends and progress, but when a show gets near the one and only real predictor of progress and readiness is the mirror or another human eye who sees you in person.

I was just stating where I usually come in according to the skinfold test I use, I know there is no objective aspect of what bodyfat you are on stage, but the only real thing I do with it is to track the mm on the skinfolds to see how they come down! Nothing is totally foolproof when it comes to measuring bodyfat except if you were dead and lying in the morgue, my exercise physiology teacher once told me!

i use the caliper regilarly..may not be accurate but it keeps me in check....big craig rcontest is getting closer, how yo feeling eight now
