Hi everybody,
Well my last week is finally here and and with it the neurotic questions Out of curiosity how many of you use distilled vs. spring water the last week? I never use distilled. Spring only.. but I keep my water high into Friday and salt 1-3 meals to keep my body as normal as possible so I don't hold water. I heard/read (?) where distilled can really whack out your electrolytes. I think there was a post on this before.. not sure if was new or old board. There are also may posts on here about water high last week..and potassium load. Good luck!!

The amount of sodium in spring water is so nominal that it should not affect you in a negative way. If you do use distilled water, it is even more important to be taking a good multi vitamin along with a magnesium supplement so that you don't get your electrolytes out of whack. The last week is an exercise in carefully manipulating your diet, supplements and water to get the affect you want. Map out a plan and follow it carefully. I write it all down, day by day for the last week so that I don't forget anything when my carbs are low and I have a million other things on my mind. With an easy to follow list handy you won't make any inadvertant mistakes. Good luck!
