what is the 60 second routine that is with prejudging?

Todd...It's basically a shorter version of your 90 sec evening routine - without your music. They will have house music on. I would make sure to hit all the mandatory poses during the routine. I would check with the promoter, some NPC shows have been dropping the 60 sec.
