This is my final week and I don't have my notes handy, and I can't seem to remember ( wonder why, no carbs, brain ain't working ) But is it Monday, or Tuesday to start Creatine Loading? and I can never get this right but, before or after meals??? Thanks alot..
Little late, but here is what I am doing this "peak" week. Creatine Load - started yesterday (Tues), 5gr Creatine Select prior to each meal (5 meals) Potassium Load - started yesterday 99mg every other hour, Wed-99mg every hour, Thurs-200mg every hour, Fri & Sat-300mg every hour.
