Ok - some of you will laugh at me Razz and others just confirm that "Maddog is way out there.." Roll Eyes but in my low carb/calorie restricted "condition" I'm looking for some validation for the things that happen to me as my bf level gets very low as being "normal".

Do these things happen to you?

- I get cold/chilled very easily and have been known to go stand outside to warm up when for example I'm in an air conditioned room that is too cool. Same thing can happen if I drink too much ice water too fast.

- I start to lose the natural "padding" in my palms, fingers and the soles of my feet so I regularly am doing the "ouch" thing when it feels like I have touched a nerve after grabbing something or landing too hard, etc.

- I'll break out in a mild sweat after almost every meal or cup of java.

- I'm sure that I'm mising a few others...

I figure that this stuff starts to happen for guys at below 6% bf, not sure if you girls experience the same things.

Perhaps the strangest part is that I love it, because it tells me that I'm on track to where I want to be. Or should I be dialing 911????

fUNNY THAT YOU MENTION THIS. i TOO BREAK OUT IN SWEATS AFTER COFFEE AND SOME MEALS. Aslo in the middle of the night I will sleep with no covers and my wife will be cold and I'll be very hot or sweaty. I would think that with low bodyfat levels it would be the opposite. iN THE MIIDLE OF THE DAY IT IS THE OPPOSITE, I have to walk around the outside of the gym that I manage 2 or 3 times a day to warm up. Glad to know that I am not the only one that this happens to.

VA...I too get the cold spells, my hands will be cold all the time. This morning on the way to work I had the heater on. I also find that if I am not paying attention and get up out of my chair quick, I get real dizzy, I usually have to stop for a second until it clears.

I know I lose some mentual acuity as I find myself wondering off.

I'm so glad you posted this. The last few days I've been getting very chilled, and mostly when drinking cold water. I was starting to think maybe I'm coming down with a 'bug'. Big Grin

My bf isn't real low yet, but a lot lower than it was 10 weeks ago.

What about the lack of cushion when sitting on hard surfaces? No more rear bumper to soften the seat.
