In the next 5 days I will be doing photos. (I Cosider it my contest day)I currently have not been cosuming any cars ( under 50 grams ) I am looking extremely lean but a little depleted. I was thinking of making a goo but have a couple concerns. Having not had any protein powders or carbs, Im scared I might spill over with the honey. Heres what I was thinking. Day of shoot cut out most of the water maybe 8-10 oz that day and as far as the goo . 1 cup natural PB, 1/4 cup of honey and 2 scopps of protein powder. Im not sure on how much goo to eat and at what intervals. The good thing is I can pick the time to take the pictures. Or maybe 1 cup Nat PB and 2 scoops of powder and some sugar free chocolate syrup.
Anyhelp please

Just make you a paste you can spread on a rice cake. Why are you looking to use a "Goo"?

If you want a little carbs to get some vascularity, just bake a sweet potato and have it at least 4 hours before. There won't be spillover and you'll have a good amount of carbs. Figure it to be at least 4 oz, not more than 8 oz.

Whats the paste and how often to eat it? Also do you minimize the water as well? The reason for the goo Is that PB seems to Tighten me up and the goo sounds so yummy. Thx frank

It's probably the fat from the PB. Eat you a 10-12 oz fatty steak with the SP the night before.

The paste is just something easy to tote around. It is only the powder with water added. You can add some cinnamon for more flavor.

There's really nothing magical for the goo. I used it mainly for supplemental food source rather than carrying 3 meals and a cooler. It worked well for prejudging using a high ratio of carbs:

2 scoops US
4 TBS honey
2 TBS PB

Now, for maintenance food source, it was:

4 scoops US
2 TBS PB

I ate a little about every hour. You can see, it was just like having 2 shakes prepared...without the water.

It can be a "lot of food" without feeling bloated. Mix to what you would like to do with it.
