Okay, here are those 11 wk out photos. We took them in the worst lit room at the gym possible, the daycare, horrible overhead department store lighting. We figured once we looked ripped in this light, then we are ready.

I am a WHOPPING 154 lbs in these pics. I know Im a small piece of ****, but I have plans to work on that this coming offseason, but for now, this is what Ive got.

I am bigger and leaner than I was at the October show where I had to crash diet. This prep has gone really smooth and Im eating ton. Ill post my current diet a little later.

Will update with pics 9 wks out.

Looking awesome brother....conditioning looks to be ahead of the game for 11 wks out...

You definitely already look better than your October show in my opinion. I'd be interested in seeing your current diet/macros.

Final result should be pretty nasty!

Definitely ahead of schedule. On a 6 site 5.8%, but thats just a number.

My current diet is as follows:

Meal 1: 6 oz tuna, 3/4 cup oats, 3 egg whites, 1/2 tbs cod liver oil

Meal 2: 2 scoops of UMP + 1 tbs of cod liver oil

Meal 3: 6 oz turkey burger (99%), 1/2 cup of oats, 3 egg whites + 1/2 tbs of cod liver oil

Meal 4: same as 3

train

Meal 5: 2 scoops of MP + 1/2 cup of oats

Meal 6: 10 egg whites + 3 cups of salad + 2 tbs of Paul Newmans Own Oil and Vinegar

Its a decent amount of food, but I still get hungry on this.

This time I have much more food and Im doing 6 days per week 20 mins of HIIT cardio first thing in morning with muscle preserving supps and a fat burning stack (non stimulant stack).

Actually I am going to try to make lightweight one more time. With the level of competition at the Northern I wanna be the best I can be. Contest prep is going great, my best start to a prep so far. Only 9lbs to lose. You keep up the awsome work!

Thanks Kevin, I have to keep up with you bro...legs they are coming along, but definitely behind upper body.

Ab skinfold, sub 4mm, leg 8mm, not good, but I have time...

You're fine.... I'm behind you right now in my prep. Remember, you were 5.8.... i was 6.5% B/c of that you're enjoying the 3/4 oats to my 1/4. Lol, shoes on the other foot this time.


1 & 2, thats still the goal.

Gained 2 lbs of lean mass only lost .5 lbs of fat. But, Ill take the lean tissue gain, 10 weeks to go and counting down......

I know pretty funny, those are my wifes, I took the side chest a few minutes later and I think she had walked into the bathroom which is to my right and then I grabbed her to take the extra photo and she left them there to sabotage my shot. LOL!
