I am 7 wks out from my show; 5'2" 110 lbs & 15% bf. I started my diet last wk b/c I eat very clean in off season and stay lean. I lost 2.5 lbs in one wk and am scared of loosing too much by my show date. I'm currently doing 4 days of HIIT for 30 min. Mt diet is 6 meals (about 70g carbs, 40g fat, & 200g pro). I'm taking a lot of BCAAS & Beverly 7 KETO. Should I add calories in somewhere, and if so what/where?

4 days a week with 30 min of HIIT combined with very few carbs is going to have an adverse effect, like you experienced. I'd substitute 30 min of LISS instead, increase carbs to 150gr, decrease protein to 125gr, and keep fats around 30-35gr, for the next 10 days and monitor your results.

Take your bcaa's before and after training, and in between meals.

light intensity steady state, its longer duration low intensity.
