I beleive I am on track, but would like to get other people's opinion--I am gearing up for a show to be held July 25th. Over the weekend I bought the Biggest Loser Scale. After weighing myself first thing in the morning, here are my stats: Height: 5'4"; Sunday 125.6 lbs; Monday (7/6) 124.8 lbs, Fat 16% (this is still high, I know), Water 58.9%, Muscle Mass 40.3%, BMI 21.6. Am I on track? When I competed in my last Figure Show in November, my weight was 113. Any advice/ help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

These types of scales are extremely inaccurate. If you want to have a more accurate bodyfat reading search out someone who can take a skinfold caliper reading, perhaps a trainer in your gym can do this for you or knows someone who can.
