I was wondering if there was anyone on here within 2 or 3 hours drive of New Philadephia that would be able to help me with my posing and possibly help with some diet or training mods. I dont expect it to be free but would like someone with a proven track record of solid results.

Do you have the DVD "Perfect Posing" ? I think that's the standard recommendation for learning to pose. I've been watching it and practicing along and it's very informative and helpful
