todd..I upped my vit c to 2000mg per day and the B6 to at least 300mg. Both have a natural diuretic affect and it helped me to void excess water I was drinking. I'm female and small .. so more may be needed for you. Aram, VA or Sully may have the guidelines.. I think this was addressed before. Good luck in your show!

Todd,

I have found that increasing through the week works best for me. I start with 2,000 (my usual dose) on Monday and add 1,000 per day up to the show. The additonal B is add Wednesday and go around 500 till Saturday am.

Todd,
Since my Vit C intake is high year round I start with 4 grams divided throughout the day beginning on Sunday and work my way up to 8 grams on Friday. Much like Sully, I start B6 on Wed. and don't go above 500 mg which is divided with meals. You should know if you have the bowel tolerance for high dose vit C since you don't want to develop a case of the runs the final week. Gradually build up the dosage and you should have no problems using this method.

Todd,

That would be split up, as Aram indicated.
