I am 16 weeks out. What supps should I be taking?

Hi. I thought you were following a program from Dr. Joe? Does he not prescribe supps. as well as diet?

At the 16 week out point I was taking (3)Ultra 40, (3)Mass Aminos, (16)Muscle Synergy, Glutamine Select, Muscle Provider & Lean Out. I am now 14 weeks out and just added (2)Energy Reserve before cardio and (10)Muscle Mass during training.

I am taking GH upon rising....BCAA during work out, Glut Select after work out, LO before meals, U 40's with meals and Power Pack, Joint Care and ZMA before bed.

See you at the show ..( I am doing a warm up show two weeks before !! So I am 14 weeks out !!)

Just continue what you are doing and remember you calorie total is not at too low of a number right now, so there should not have to be too much compensation to keep the muscle on!!I am pretty sure you do but make sure you take your multi-vitamin and I also take an extra B, C, and E 2Xper day!! When you numbers get lower is when you will really need those supp's to preserve lean muscle mass!!!

just ask him about what you are taking and he will be fine with it i am sure!!! Joe is not against supp's whatsoever but if he knows that something does not work or it will not benefit you he will tell you about just ask because so many people use different things. In fact i was proabably one of his heavier supplement takers during the precontest time and with what i took he was saying to me that I would almost never put myself in a catabloic condition!!! I will send you my sheet from the last week and you can look it over!! All of my supp's are there that I took!!! Check it out!!

I ony took Glutamine, creatine and BCCA (about 1 month out). Creatine was a waste for me, next time around just Glutamine for me. No fat burners or anything like that was needed.
