Eek I am 6 weeks out for a comp and I "WANT" "NEED" to lose at least 4% body fat! I have been on a diet for about 2 months and have been at a stand still for awhile! I drink Ultra Size 2 times a day and 6 oz. meat with veggies, Sweet potatos for supper! I train every day for 1 hour! Muslces are great, just need to kick that bodyfat out? Any suggestions? I do take 4 Lean out tablets/day; 8 Muscle Synergy/day.?? What else can I do!

Probably everyone will ask if you are working with an advisor from Beverly. However, for a real fat burn stack try the 7-Keto/LO/ER prior to meals. Also, you may want to drop the Ultra Size for a few days(week) and substitute with Muscle Provider for more of a fat burning effect. The typical 'fat burn' diet from Beverly would have you only carbing up twice a week at one meal every 3rd and then 4th day. When i switch to this type of diet - I see results very fast. Maybe vary your cardio also depending on the type and/or method you are employing. HIIT, Max-OT, sprints, running steps, etc. Vary it with each workout. Hope this helps.

I agree with Brochas on swithcing to the MP. You may consider dropping the sweet potato to get rid of some carbs, or at least move it to earlier in the day. If you do drop it, and your carbs are really low, don't forget to carb up 2x per week. And of course, contacting your Bev advisor is always a smart choice. They know your individual situation better than we all do.

What is your carb/protein/fat ratio ? I know at the six weeks out point I always need a calorie drop and an increase in cardio to bust through a plateau. Also try replacing one of the protein drinks to the whole food option. Sometimes this helps too.

Melissa,

Have someone from Beverly work with you. You have dropped weight/fat and now your caloric intake needs to be adjusted. In other words, you are using the same amount of calories as when you first started, you body mass has dropped, now you need to compensate by lowering calories or upping caloric output.

If you're doing cardio, begin the High Intensity Interval Training using sprints or simply stated, short bursts of all out energy followed by slower, moderate tempo.
