Have you ever thought of trying a regional seminar concept? Maybe one out east? I think that you would have plenty of takers/participants if you could give people some notice. I bet that you could also find customers who would be willing to arrange for the seminar location and host your presenters in thier homes to keep your costs down to a minimum. Just a couple of ideas...

Lisa they are one day events in the Cold Springs - KY (Cincinnati) area. The folks who live close by have been far too spoiled by having these great seminars available to them don't you think!

Sandy/Roger - Maybe you could do these regionally in conjunction with the teams that you send to the bigger regional shows for your booth? Perhaps the day before or the day after? Maybe you could even video tape one of the events at your facility and then show those topics by video where a presenter was not able to be at the regional seminar, but then the BI reps who were there could still do the Q&A?
