Can someone take a quick look at my stats and tell me how far off my diet is? I want to compete in the Northern in March (Figure). I’ve lost 30 lbs since April with weight training and cardio, but I still have some BF to lose to get to where I need to be. I don’t know what my BF % is right now, but here is my height/weight.
5’7” 148 lbs Currently, my macronutrients are 180P/61C /31F or 63%P, 21%C, 11%F and I am at 1416 calories a day. I think I need less protein and more carbs? I have the Beverly manual, but I am starting to think that the diets in the book are made for someone who weighs less than I do and I am not sure how to go about making adjustments without throwing everything out of whack.I just want to make sure that I am on the right track and am eating enought calories. Here’s the diet. 3 oz chicken 3 egg whites 1/3 cup oatmeal 1 TBS Heavy cream 1 scoop ump 1 TBS Almond butter 5 oz chicken 2 cups salad 1 tbs olive oil and vinegar 4 oz sweet potato 2 scoops MP 5 oz chicken 2 cups vegetables 1 scoop ump Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

I know this is an old post but I would cut out the cream and the shakes.
You definately don't want to up your carbs if you are trying to strip off more fat. Cardio 45 in the AM and 45 in the PM and agility 2-3 times a week. Maybe a 60P/30C/10F on the ratios. This message has been edited. Last edited by: CR, |
