I am about 2 weeks out from my first show and I have a few questions on peak week. I plan to follow the pre-contest manual
to the T on peak week.
Here is my diet. After cardio (1.5 scoops MP) Meal 1- 1 hour later- 1 cup egg whites, 5 oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli Meal 2- 2 scoops UMP Meal 3- 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli, 1 tbsp maccadamia nut oil Meal 4- 2 scoops MP Meal 5- 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli Meal 6- 4 egg whites, 1 can tuna I plan to follow this plan up until the Sunday before the show. Sunday night I will replace Meal 6 with a carbup meal, then resume the same meal plan Mon and Tues. Starting Wed I will follow the Meals laid out in the Manual. Any suggestions? Tips? I am 172.0lbs @ 4.1% bodyfat. Striated, dry, vascular at times, legs need to get drier. Any advice? In order to succeed, all I have to do is suffer. |

I would do exactly as you said. At this point just follow the final week as the manual has it layed out. Good luck and let
