Competed in 2 shows- 21 April was the NPC Metrolina (national qual) in NC. Weighed-in @ 179, but earned 1st place in the light heavies and was 2nd in the overall. Last weekend, competed in my usual middleweight category at the NPC Jr. USA championships. I tied for 5th (10 competitors), but lost the tie-break by 1 pt, so i ended 6th. I am very pleased with my placing and felt i brought the best package i could to the stage. I'm looking forward to either the NPC Jr. USA, NPC North Americans, or NPC Team Universe for 2008. The pics below are from the Jr. usa. In separate threads, i will detail my offseason nutrition and training. Training will focus on powerlifting methodologies in an effort to improve chest and quad size to be more competitive with national level middleweights.

Awe inspiring work doc! Sensational results and pics. It seems as if you've made some solid improvements across the board - chest, hams, calves, just to name a few. As well, your conditioning is spot on.
Good luck with your offseason, and once again a hearty CONGRATS!
