Hi Again,

I need some good breathing by the Pro.

Since my last post, well I did begin using my pure L.Carnitine and dunno if this thing is really helping me but the good thing is that since my last post I was 122 pounds and in a week 1/2 I already drop to 119.2 pounds. So for now I'm pretty happy with the results.

I don't know what to think about FRUITS.

I know that everyone's seems to be cutting them when they are close to their contest. But for now I haven't cut my fruits and I am still shedding the fat. I am just wondering should I really cut all my fruits while I am still getting results. I know that fruits mainly replenish the Liver. But after the liver is replenish does fruits really replenish my muscles. It certainly can not be change in fat while I am into the low cals/low carbs way of eating. WHAT ARE YOUR RECOMMENDATION. I am mainly having only 1 serving of complex carbs a day for meal 1 which is my oatmeal.

SHAKE PROTEIN

I know that alot of BB are saying to cut all shake when a contest is close for getting a better thermic effect. I don't know what I should do. CUT IT COMPLETLY. I am currently using whey Shake with malto/dextrose for my PWO.

LAST WEEK CARB DEPLETION

I am currently into the low side of it, I'am playing around 115gr(high) - 85gr(mod) - 45 gr(low) weekly. I am still having some real good energy. I was just wondering for my last week while I am into the low side, for my first 3 days, should I go lower with my carbs. I am asking this question cause I think that if I keep it the same way, I won't really be going into a carbs depletion.

Thanks so much for all your help. I'm feeling so close of reaching my glory pictures. I truely want to make it the best.

Please help.

Nico

For the fruits how many servings and are you having and what are you eating in terms of fruit! If it only adds up to a couple of servings and is being combined with some sort of protein it should be fine!!

The shakes I would keep in there especially if its a whey protein isolate or the Muscle provider, don't cut it, 1-2 a day are not bad!

as far as the depletion goes, keep your fats and protein the same throughout, but lets try this at a week out, if you are doing it on sat, then lets start with the sat before, where Sat and sun will be about 50 g of carbs, and then Monday will be the highest day where we will shoot for 125 g of carbs, then tues and wed will be 100 g of carbs, then thurs will be 75 g of carbs, and then friday back down to 50 g of carbs!! water throughout the week should be high, say > 1.25 gal per day all the way to fri!!
The day of the pics, I would start off with about 12 oz of water and a good 15-20 min walk, then at about 5-6 am or so eat a nice 4 oz filet mignon with a 1/4 c of sweet pot, then 2 hours later 8-830 eat 1/2 protein bar(Labrada or detour), then 2 hours later eat 3 oz steak with 1/4 c of sweet pot, (this should be about 2 hours fromlat meal)then just before the pics about 30 min or so eat 1 rice cake with Tbl of PB and jelly, real jelly!! Just time these around the time you are going to do the pics so that it works for your timing of the pics!! I hope this helps you out!!

Hi Graig,

You are a Sweetheart for helping me.

In regard with my fruits consumption, I am having 3 serving a days which are:

100gr strawberries or 100gr blueberries or 100gr strawberries or 1/2 of a grape fruit.

I am having those one usually:

Meal 1: FRUIT with my eggs white or 200ml egg beater, 32gr oatmeal and sometimes 1 teaspoon of flaxseed grinded

Meal 2: 95% of time I stick with 106gr salmon and 7 almonds if not I am adding FRUITS AGAIN but no fat.

Meal 3: Whey trade Mark CYTO GAINER with malto/dextose.

Note I am having a Whey Isolate bottle and a Whey Gourmet. When I am using one of those, I am eating a banana with it.

Meal 4: protein and veggies and FRUITS No complex carbs

Meal 5: protein and veggies and good fat, NO COMPLEX CARBS

Meal 6: always protein and fat before bed time most of the times almond and some few times 1 teaspoon of Natural Peanut Butter.

My veggies are mostly all raw.

I have been told that I should remove my almond and stick with some UDO's oil.

The only thing I am keepin some days is 60gr of high Cheese Protein which as no carbs in it or really pretty few, few, few.

Craig what are you thinking about my eating plan.

That is for sure that I will follow your Advise for my last week.

Thanks so much

Oh, I guess you are taking about the gr and ml things. I'm from Montreal in Canada. But since a couple of year's, I don't know if it is all over Canada, no no no, It's only here I remember, Toronto is using American metric version but here we are dummy, dum-dum they make us adapt to the french metric version of Europe instead of the English Metric Version of USA. DUNNO WHY. Years and Years ago I was use to the American metric version but not anymore, I forgot about everything except that I am still confuse with Europe metric version in regard with kg/pounds and height as feet/meter. So for me everything is from Europe version but my stat in my mind are all in American metric version. I know that I am 5 feet and 6 inch. but I do not what I am in meter Europe version so I am 1 meter something, well I guess all people are 1 meter and something we are still very confuse with that part. Big Grin

Anyhow they just all **** us anyway. Big Grin Stupid moves from our Government.

Your plan sound really good with my last week cause I was just wondering how I was going to handle all those crazy maths. For sure, when I'll be there, I'll post a before pics from now and after.

Thank's so much.
