Can someone pls tell me if im over training and by doing low/ or high cardio follwing training during my pre contest diet phase. is this a bad or good idea? I am currently working one body part per day follwed by at least 30 min of cardio..

Probably.
It will depend how long you've been without food and when the next one is coming. If you're going to try a post workout shake right there in the gym, I think you'd be ok. Frank |
