I'll be using it for the first time in 3.5 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes. According to everyone i've spoken with, the olympic competition tan and oil work very well.

Fitdoc...DO you use any Pro Tan as a base, or just the Dream Tan or Olympic in this case?

Hey D,

Even though i'm dark-skinned, last year, i used 4 coats of pro-tan as a base with 1 coat of dream tan #2 in the pump up room.

After consulting with several olympic tan users including IFBB pro David Henry, my plan is to use only 2 coats of olympic tan (one on thurs and one on friday). In the pump up room, i'll use one coat of olympic tan oil. Pro tan will not be used at all.

Thanks Fitdoc...yes keep me posted on the outcome of the color. Also doing Figure assess whether I would want the oil or not. Generally for Figure you do not want to be too shiny, just a glow.

or bodybuilding.com (no oil listed here but the Comp tan is half the price)
