In one of the Bev. articles I read something about loading creatine the week of show. Has anyone tried this or have any comments on it. It said to take one teaspoon with every meal starting tuesday up untill perjudging.

No never tried it, but considering doing it this time around too.

I have done it with no problems to speak of. Just make sure you are using a creapure product so that it is pure creatine.

You are right one teaspoon with meals.
