The goo I just mixed up was about 2/3 cup natty PB, one scoop US, about 1/8 cup of honey and a few dozen semi-sweet chocolate chips plus a little water to help it mix/stir. I then refrigerated it in a small tupperware container.

Last time I made goo it was half a cup of PB, one scoop US. I didn't measure the honey just used enough to bring it together. Then into the fridge for a while.

it is an excuse to eat peanut butter :O)
no...well yes and it is used precontest to fill out your muscles, bring vascularity, hardening of contest ready competitors as well taste is amazing!! It can be interchanged with a snickers bar..I opt for the goo! this was just a little blurb on it. you can search the boards as to how it is used contest day.

I use sugar free pudding, natural peanut butter and Ultra Size for easy carrying meals. You just mix in enough water to make the pudding and Ultra Size a paste, then add in the PB. The consistency is all depending on personal preference.

I use 3/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup muscle provider
1/4 cup natural pure maple syrup
some 60%cocoa or higher dark chocolate bar broken into small pieces

mix with mixing blender then refridgerate.

I eat a couple tablespoons every half hour starting 20-30 min b4 prejudging.

Ive been caught eating the goo in my own world while the expeditor was yelling my number for me o go for prejudging. no kidding.

Can a small amount of goo be eaten between meals as a snack? I'm not training for anything except life.

I actually do that as a meal. Work with the consistency and after a while, you'll get it the way you like it.

For me:
2 scoops US
1 TSP Peanut butter

2 rice cakes

That's my meal.

Hi Mary,

I wouldn't recommend snacking on goo regularly if you are trying to avoid gaining fat. Goo is used in place of a giant snicker bar (or other hi sugar, high fat foods) as a competition pre-pump up strategy.

If the goo idea sounds good to you then try some of the Ultra Size pudding recipes instead. There are a number of good ones posted on this site under recipes.

Best wishes,
Rita
