Hi Guys,

I'm new on the boards but have been working with a bev advisor (Steven) for the past 3 weeks. I must say the amount of info on this board is priceless and has helped tremendously in my contest prep. I have a Pro Qualifier on saturday and the info from you guys (especially) "DA Goo" will be all be factored in. I will keep you posted as to the results.

Good luck Dail, I will be expediting at the INBF Hercules this weekend in NYC, and my wife will be test judging as well! I know I am biased and really love the INBF/WNBF as the most natural and tested federation out there! I have 8 weeks left for the WNBF Georgia Show coming up July 29th!

I know the feeling. I'm stressing about tomorrow somewhat. My legs are ridiculously shredded, cross-striated and vascular it's like they have no skin but the upper body is lagging a teeny weeny bit still ripped but not as dry as my legs. But what the **** it's a learning experience and this is my best ever so come what may.

From what I understand the guy Brandon Greenwood who won the amatuer INBF World championship last November,he won the heavy-weight division and the over-all WNBF Universe in Cayman Islands last weekend. He was part of the British team. ------- Robert Y.
