I see that Performance Brands has the ProTan in a serosol type spray can, and a Moouse, and a new bronzer w/ sheen (in a Jar). I called them yesterday and someone will eventually call me back. I was wondering if anyone has tried any of these ? They have a special at their site for a scrub, the bronzer sheen and the aerosol spray for $29.00.

LT,
Used the moose last year and I really did not like it. I put it on both before and after base coats of the dye and the same result, streeks and too light. I threw out what I had left. I did hear about the spray and its sopose to be light years ahead of the moose. I think the moose was geared more for non-bodybuilders and the spray for competitors. Sully |

I spoke to Stacey from Performance Brands today. The Spray in a Can is the ProTan in a aerosol spray so it applies like an airbrush. So it is convenient to use. The Ultra Bronze shhen in the Jar is a product that does not dry but he said it does not sit on the skin like other, but does sink into the skin so it has less risk of masking the definition.
He recommended that if you are dark enough to just use the ProTan...nothing over it. If need to be darker the Ultra Bronze will dry. (The application secreat being to dampen the hands first and one coat only) So then at competition you can jkust oil and go. If sheen is wanted in one product then go to the Quick Bronze product. Also for back to back shows he said DO NOT loofah, exfoliate but instead use a sunless tanning product and extend the tan into the next show. |
