Just curious to see how many people DROP all protein powder the final week and opt for whole food meals?? I've had good success with dropping all powders and I've also prepped for shows adding 1 scoop of MP to each meal the final 2 days. Any views/thoughts.. pro/cons! Thanks!!

I have, simply because I was STARVING!!! LOL

Frank.. me again. Then you see no HARM or reason to drop the shakes till at least Tues/Wednesday when you go beef/grapefruit. I wasn't sure why some people say drop them.. and had heard Bev actually advises to add 1 scoop with each meal final days.

Dropping the powders if you are hungry is fine. The Beverly Provider can be used right up to the day of. It has no junk fillers and cheap protein. Whole food fills you up and probably bumps metabolism a bit more as it is a bit more work to digest. I have used MP the day before a show just for varieties sake.
