is it okay to drink coffee when you are starting to potassium load? just curious..didn't want to mess anything up.

J.. I forgot.. if you are doing coffe.. make it with your spring water, and if you are doing the drop in H20 final days.. not sure.. but count the coffee into the total consumed. I don't drop or cut.. so I drink throughout!

I know of another figure/fitness crossover competing with us Tammy... so there will be at least 3... I also heard she has 60 competitors as of friday... but dont quote me. I am looking forward to meeting you too..tammy.
Val--I am going to follow bevs advise on water.. however I am just consuming as much as possible now..over a gallon... on friday when I taper I will just go back to what I usually drink... I am not really measuring..hope it works. getting my body fat done tomorrow.. it was under just at 10 2 weeks ago.. we are starting the tanning process tonight...

Yes, I start to tan (for the 3rd time!!) tonight.. I just got all the tanner off from the last show! Glad the surprize arrived. I'll see you Friday night J.. I'm ready to get this one going.. I want a life back!! V

speaking of tanning, I own my own day spa and just starting airbrush tanning in the fall. No more ****** messy tanning creme, it works awesome!!!! I tan in the bed and add airbrush tan to it and it looks great, just like I have a bronzer on. FYI for next time you do a show.

Hi Tammy this is Robert and my class on Saturday will be Masters and heavy or light-heavyweight depends on what I weigh-in at the time. This is my first time since Oct. 2001, I always have fun. So see you all tomorrow evening.
