Got my WNBF Pro Card last night fellas!!! Right in my home town and boy does it feel good. I still dont have pics yet but i will have within the coming week and i'll post them up.

I won the heavyweight class (even though im a light heavy)that was a combination of light heavie s and heavies due to the numbers. Then i went on to win the overall

It was held the same day as the Hercules in the Cayman Islands, with The WNBF Pro Universe!

Congratulations to you big "D" !!! You probably still HIGH up there my friend and to do it in Cayman, good feelings. Are you part of Tigers' team ? ---- I competed at the 2004 INBF Barbados Amature Grand Prix Championship which was held along with the WNBF Universe and I got to see the BIG BOYS. Thanks man and yes its just unbelievable for me still. I am on Tiger's team the CINBA but i didnt go to Barbados when they came over. I'll be stepping it up a notch for november though. Are you doing that show?

I can't do the World Championship straight out, I have to do another show before I can go to the Worlds. ( e.g. U.S Cup in Georgia, Pro-International in Kansas or Pro-Masters in Conn.) So, we will see. -- I know that Craig is doing the U.S CUP in Georgia this July 29th. ----- That show might be a little early for me. Do get some food and plan your programme for Novenber. Is there a website for the CINBA ??

I order the supps through bodybuilding.com since no one here carries them so that is the only way I can get them even though it is not very cost prohibitive since it essentially cost me twice as much by the time I get it here.

if its the show in chicago ill. that is the one.dave yeastes who is the promoter of that show was the head judge in the last show i did in may..i wish it was done by weight classes though.
