Heres my story:

I have been training for quite some time, about 7 years, and have managed to put on some good size...

...Matter of factly gaining muscle is not an issue for me, as I have found what works for me in that respect.

My issue is that I want to be a competetive bodybuilder, and in order to do that I need to Get lean enough to compete...lol

Over the years I have attempted to diet down into show condition and never got close, I usually end up a good deal leaner and also alot smaller, which is where I am currently having tried it yet again and failed.

I have a good understanding of nutrition and i'm not a noob by any means, having put on more than 60lbs lbm since I first started training.

I've also managed to go from about 22% bf to about 13% several times in my training career on my own merits, yet thats not going to cut it for a show obviously.

I'd like a contest Prep Coach to take me through the process atleast once, I learn quick and have more than enough willpower, what I lack is the process to get there.

Does Beverly Intl. still offer "Personal Customized" nutrition/supplement guidance? or contest prep coaching?

...AND IF NOT, WHO DOES?

I always hear of guys hiring on contest prep coaches, and I need someone to help me get to around 4-5% BF

I do not believe that Beverly does individual contest pre however their website and this forum contain a wealth of knowledge. My wife and I do contest prep for competitors. Feel free to check out our website.

The Shark, Does that include someone who has never had any experience with getting into pre-contest condition, such as myself?

I tend to follow directions well, but i'm very regimented and need to be told what to do and when.

Also, bump for more replies from some of the other members.

We have assisted competitors who never dreamed of getting on stage as well as more seasoned athletes. If interested send us an email at jesse@sett2win.com This forum also has a ton of great advice. I assume that you also subscribe to the NNN. What state do you live in?

There are three people affiliated with Beverly that I have seen firsthand will get you spot on for a competition. I would personally call Beverly and ask for their phone and email contact to help you with your contest prep:

Jeremiah Foster-did my contest prep, was very knowledgable and polite in 2004 and I won all my classes(I was shredded)there are pics of me on eclipsecec.com-steel jungle picture archives

Rita-she helped a junior a competitor I saw in 2002 that blew everyone off the stage

Mark Ritter-he is a national NPC champ and helped me alot with bulking phases
