i am planning on a nov 6 usbf show in syracuse. i am about 12% bf now. (female) i need to come in leaner than my last show. (currently 111lbs, last show 108lbs) will 12 weeks do it for me???

Hi Tammy,
I'd say you're way ahead of schedule. Although I am not familiar with your metabolism and how efficiently you process carbs and fats, you can use the month of July to add more lean muscle. By utilizing more complex carbs into the mix, your metabolism will be racing.(Mass Maker would be a good addition here, post workout or a scoop following 3 of your daily meals) By the time you begin reducing calories, you'll start at a higher baseline, thus preserving more muscle. By gradually introducing Glutamine Select, Muscularity, and Lean Out into the mix the final 6-8 weeks or so, the end result will be a shredded physique with noticeably harder conditioning. thanks aram for your input. i let myself get much heavier last off season & had a whopping 17lbs to lose for my may show. i am keeping myself closer to a contest weight so i wont have to do that agian!!!! I havent been doing mass maker, ultra size and mp. i will checck that out. i am very little, so food wise, i eat about 1500 cals a day. (5'1) thanks agian, and congrads on your winning sweep!!!
