Ok so I am set to do my first figure show November 20, 2010, right now I am 138 pounds, 5 foot even and I am trying to drop 20 pounds of body fat? I want tips on cardio? etc | ||

Hello Deanna8679! Awesome commitment for your first show in Nov. Just wanted to say wassup from Naptown LOL. well I am originally from Hawaii but living in Indy also! You will receive awesome feedback here as there are many competitors here that are awesome at sharing information and offering their assistance. Post your current meal plans along with any supplements your are using now and I am sure you will receive more than enough feedback to get you dialed in. Also, what is your current bf% right now? Great advice with the link, Kimo. This is the perfect place to see nutrition, training, and supplement schedules for any competitor. For the figure competitor the top places would be: Female Figure Nutrition Plan, Training for the Figure Athlete, and the Figure/Athletic supplement plan to start, progressing to the Pre Contest schedule at 6-8 weeks out You can also check out any of the articles on the homepage, www.bodybuildingworld.com, by real people who give you the actual programs they used in their contest prep.
