I want to compete in USBF and they use the IOC list. I took 7 keto about a month ago. I also took synephrine. The contest promoter hasn't gotten back to me with the information. Does anyone know off hand?

Thanks I found out it is on the list but I also found out that they don't test their figure competitors, only bodybuilders

Thats real nice, says a lot about a federation to not test the women as well,what they don't cheat????
