On the Beverly contest prep diet, could an equivalent amount of UMP be used in place of the eggs/turkey as my meal 1 protein source?
My job makes it very dificult to eat at that time and UMP with my oats is an easier option. My main question is: Would this exchange affect my progress on the plan. Any response is appreciated. Thanks, Mark |

I think that that would be a safe alternative. My only gripe is that you try to sneak in that whole food meal later on in the day if you can in place of somewhere when you would normally have a shake. It is pretty important to get at least 50% of your meals from WHOLE FOODS.
I also have a busy schedule and it is generally not convenient for me to have solid meal in the morning. 50% of the time I end up having 3 Scoops Mass Maker, 1 scoop MP, 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream for breakfast, but I make sure to get in the Eggs and Beef/Eggs and Turkey later in the day! Thanks Vijay, that is kind of what I had in mind. I have time in the late morning to have a whole food meal, so I will take your advice and switch the meals. We appreciate your timely and informative input on this forum, you can always be counted on for a well thought answer.
