I have done 4 women's natural bodybuilding competitions in the past 2 yrs, but in 2 and a half weeks I will be doing my first show since discovering Beverly supplements. Let me first say what a HUGE difference in both my appearance and the way that I feel. I can not believe what a huge difference the right supps make. That being said, I am wondering which supps I should leave in for peak week and what I should leave out and what if anything should I be doing differently as far as timing / dosage etc. Currently I am taking:
Ultimate Muscle Protein
Muscle Synergy
Lean Out
7Keto Lean
Ultra 40s
Glutamine Select
Any advice anyone could give would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Coleen, Might think about GH Factor, with the Lean Out. This is a great tool at the last couple weeks to accelerate fat loss, and preserve muscle.
