What would be the recomendation for 2 shows in a row. 26th NPC event and then 27th is another organization. actually, haha the 26th is the pre-workout and night show. then the 27th is a prejudge with the finals on the 28th. sooo...Can I please get some feedback on what would be my best bet diet wise to maintain condition for the 2-3 days.. thanks. I am following the beverly final week plan with water and carb load meals and Na/K schedule.
well i understand...I was planning on doing a beach show o the 27th. I found out that there was an NPC show on the 26th which I would rather peak for. The beach show is good contacts and I know the people who put the show together. Soooo I would do a show saturday, then the next day is the beach show. I am thinking I can just avoid salts and stick to the same breakfast of : steak, eggs and GF sunday as well before pre-judge. do not ask me why they chose to make it a 2 day event sunday and monday! thats the scoop, thanks for the reply. any advice would be great
