i am doing this because i have never dieted down this far in my life.
does anyone have any tips on things to do or watch for that may not be in the beverly method book?
also could anyone suggest the amount of supplements such as the mass iminos and ultra 40 i should be taking at 208lbs and 11%?
my training partner suggested looking up jason theabold on here.
anyone know how is best to get ahold of him?

Good luck on your contest prep. One thing I would suggest is pick a program and follow it exactlly. If your going to use the Beverly precontest manual make sure to follow it. Diets dont work corectly if they are mixed together. Normally its reccomended to take 1 ultra 40 and mass aminos for every 10 pounds of bodyweight split evenly over your meals.

I am using the contest countdown plan B and am going to transition into the standard diet as a way of easing off of carbs.
i am taking 20mass and 20ultra40s and 9 EFA spread out right now and have glutamine select and density on order. UMP is my powder of choice right now but have MP on order for post workout.
does this seem pretty solid?

Yeah that looks like a solid approach. Stay with plan b for as long as you continue to see results. You want to keep as many calories in while still losing body fat.Once your fat loss stalls then transition to the next phase of the diet. 20 ultra 40s and mass is the correct amount recomended for someone of your size, however it is important to count the extra protein that will be coming from the ultra 40s and mass. Ump is great as a meal replacement drink and Muscle provider is perfect for pre or post workout
