down to 154.6 today which is 2.4 lbs from last Tuesday. Time to up the food. I chose fats, took them to 20% of intake, or 50 total grams now. Macros today are 245p/245c/50f.

I added fats as I could feel my testosterone was taking a hit from 7 weeks of dieting. So I figured if the body is asking for more food, put it in fats. Cals are now 2500 training days and 2300 non.

Last Saturday I was also down 2.4lbs so I had my Outback meal and ate 9 oz filet, all the brown sugar on my sweet potato and the usual broccoli. That worked for a few days, but now Im burning crazy again. So we'll see how adding these fats in works. I added them all in fish oil caps as I didnt have time to mess with anything else today.

But, tonight Ill adjust the egg yolk and increase that some too, and back off the fish oils some as I think its too many today, but I had to do something to get more cals in.

Still need to get those 13 week out pics up. I was visibly leaner this morning and skinfolds I pulled real quick on ab and thigh were down as well.

Things are good, almost too good. im also going to ease up on the cardio intensity just for tonight, Ill pedal on bike only at level 1 heart rate around 80 bpm.

you looked noticibly leaner on sunday my friend . i have to say i feel much better with the macnut oil we added to my diet. i hate to see you eating as much cals as me right now though....!

thanks Joe, but you are 2.5 weeks out and Im 12.5 weeks out big difference, and Im ecto through and through once I get rolling weight flys off. I suspect this WONT be my last calorie increase, its my third increase so far. LOL!

Im glad the mac nut oil is helping...if we have to adjust more we will. But, like you said, you are still dieting for a show.

Ill get hami shots up this weekend. I dont put posing trunks on though until 8 weeks out. Try getting a fat bodybuilder in his trunks, aint happening.

My hamis will be shredded, thats the goal, same with glutes.

LOL!! I don't doubt that... i was only giving you a hard time cuz I know how the hammis and glutes are the LAST thing to show up in your contest prep. I feel that pain because I am the same way... except mine is the entire lower body Frown

**** Jason, definitely can't see all that when I come for my checkups. Looking phenomenal, but we wouldn't expect any less from you brother. BTW, I weigh one pound less than you and look like a slop tart. LOL. Seriously though, you look freaking awesome.

Joe was the same, couldn't see what he had under his street clothes either. And I had to wipe the drool when I saw him at the Northern Ky. Giggle.

well thats the thing with natural muscle, if you have good shape you have good shape, period, but you arent 250 lbs so in clothes natural bb'ers we tend to look tiny, at least I do, I mean **** Im short. Also if you are good you have a slight bone structure, small wrists, tiny ankles, small hips that all makes one smaller in clothes and just lighter in general. Its all an illusion anyways.
