Business is booming and continually expanding. It's great that you are expanding your offering of supplements and adding in diet products to help with the boredom of the same thing day in and day out. I am sure that Steph is happy to jump into the business part time and cut back on the 9/5 job that she may not be as passionate about. You have a long term customer here and remember, grow big enough that you can hire me when I retire in 5 years. Heck, I'll even live in another state and run a "branch" for you. LOL. I am sure that you will continue to produce competition winners and help others become leaner and healthier than they have ever been. Keep up the great work Jason. I know I appreciate you and the service that you provide. I will continue to spread the word and bring clients to you (both competitors and average Joes/Janes) every chance I can.

Thanks for the kind words, you know, you NEVER know where things will take you with hard work. Its just possible we may be expanding in the years to come. You know Ill keep you in mind. You have that ability I think to be straight with someone but also empathize with them, both are needed. Jason Theobald

I feel good about where Im sitting, this morning 150 on my scale, thats probably 152 on an accurate scale. I still think I can make bantam, but maybe Im being dillusional. 6 weeks is a long time to go and Im bringing it in each week with cardio or diet cuts or both. In other words now is the time to pick up the heat. side chest: rear lat: rear dub bi: front relaxed (with flash kinda drowned out a bit, but you get the idea) Front bi: Jason Theobald

J, you're looking epic! I find it motivating. Before you can win, you have to believe you are worthy. -Coach Mike Ditka -adversity is inevitable, misery is optional.

Thank you everyone, phase III has started. Now its time to get the lower body nasty. I have increased cardio, dropped some carbs, and added some supplement goodies. Quadracarn being one, along with GH Factor and more BCAAs before and after training. Should have the intended effect, its go time from here. Jason Theobald

J you look GREAT!! I was just curious what your training split looks like at this point in your prep??

Jared--thanks man, appreciate it. Jason Theobald

Thanks, split is pretty simple. Train 4 days. 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off. Sat: Legs Sun: Chest/tri Mon: Off Tues: shoulders/abs/calves Weds: Back bi Thurs: of Fri: off I found last prep if I trained all during the week by Thurs and Fri I was spent due to stress of works etc. So this time i train Tues/Weds of the week take off from weights Thurs and Fri then train on Sat/Sun when I can sleep in and not rush. Works MUCH better for me for intensity and strength. Jason Theobald

Its early in my prep though and things are def improving so Im gonna give it another week or two before I change it up, atleast training wise. Def keep us posted though! Its motivating to see your progress and Good Luck in Chicago!

saw the really sunken in cheeks this week. When I smile there is about 4 different lines in the cheeks because all the fat is gone, I told Steph, thats when I know Im going to start getting freaky lean. Crazy, but I know my body and until my ab is pinching a 4 and until my face gets that "look" I haven reached that really shredded look. So now I have 5.5 weeks from here and things are changing well this week with the adjustments I made. Jason Theobald

It's been about a month and I look forward to seeing the changes tomorrow night Jason! Rock on!

Its crazy how to get that shredded you basically have to look sick in the face!!! Especially being a natural when you look a little smaller than normal in clothes. Until though when people see you in the gym or with your shirt off and then their facial expressions change

I was reading earlier in your thread about small refeeds on leg day. You mentioned this in my contest thread I put up awhile ago. When will I know the appropriate time to incorporate a day like this. The fat is coming off faster then I expected and I think that I could afford to have a day like this. Anything in particular I should look for before having the refeed leg day?
