If its fat coming off roll with it, if you are getting really flat and stringy then you may be losing muscle too. Refeed twice per week or at least once. Id need to know your carb intake though before really saying for sure. Once may be enough.

That was at around 16 weeks Im at 11.5 now so i dropped my carbs about 1.5 weeks ago cause things were slowin down but ever since my weight dropped fast. i dont think it was just water as i didnt drop that many carbs im at about 175-180. its not super low carbs or anything but some days i feel stringy esp leg days so i thought a small once weekly refeed would be ok???

Opinions will differ, but at 8%, as I think you stated, and the fact you are 11.5 weeks out. Id refeed once per week on double your regular carb intake. Could make it any training day that is you weakest part thats a theory too, but I like to use legs as its a very strenuous day.
Just remember this, as your daily intake of carbs gets lower and lower, your refeeds should get higher and higher, same with as you get leaner and leaner, but they are related.
