can you eat other forms of nut butters or does that include all nuts??

I think there is one thing you could befroe you go on stage and thats taking like 1/2 tbl of flaxseed oil and mix it up into some baked white potato(3-4 oz), I really think that should do the trick!!

could i mix a little with jelly and put that on rice cakes?

I would then cut down the pot to only a couple of ounces if you do it that way other wise the carbs will be too much

the amounts i gave you should be fine, and your metabolism is?? and don't worry about where you fall within the weight class as the tighter person should have the nod and you will look bigger if you have the better condition!! don't get hung up on where you weight is and good luck this weekend as I will be gone from June 26th to Jul 3rd for a cruise, i will eventually find out!!

in the off season i have to eat 3000 to 3500 to gain weight but right now it is in high gear.

just make sure you have extra chicken and sweet pot just in case you still feel flat, because to me your metabolism seems to be haulin'!! Gots to have extra just in case, if you don;t then there's not much else you can do!

yes, my bodyfat is right at 5.04% as of yesterday.

besides the BF%, iwas also just talking about your general look as far as looking in the mirror, do you look hard, becasue sometimes when you start manipulating things their can be softness as well, but if you did all i told you to do, you should be flat, but getting tighter and the filling out will occur tomorrow when as you carb up each meal!!
