hi everyone...some questions regarding the beef/grapefruit scheme with conjuction to carbing up and h20.....i started the grapefruit/beef diet today and i will do the same fri (sat is the show )......iv'e been drinking plenty of h20 x2+ since last sun, i plan to keep drinking until 7pm fri....also i haven't ANY carbs since sunday either (although i loaded pretty good after my show with icecream).....right now i'm looking pretty good a little flat ( although i cant really tell )lean, and very vascular....when do you supose i should add my carbs?.....i plan on added white rice (20g) on friday around 2pm, up to 11pm...how does that work with the h20 (stopping at 7 ) is it going to make me look smooth?...should i just eat one big meal of rice that day?.....i could use some help with this, this is a new scheme for me and i want to try it out, since last week din't work out for me......thanks kat
I'd go with about 35 grams of rice every 2 hrs, don't do just one big meal, that way your body can process it much better and still flush excess water out. If you look lean and tight now it shouldn't cause you to get smooth, don't cut water completely though, have a small amount (4 oz or so) after 7pm.
Good luck, I would not just have one big meal of rice, or eat it for that matter till later say 7pm on and if you need carbs, use yams, brown rice, or oats.
Me personally I use oats from 6pm till Sat morn then switch to white rice for the glycogen.
Water I would start cutting back on it late today, 1 gal and then litre tomorrow.
