Can anyone give me a carb deplete/ carb load strategy for the week of the show? You here so many different things and it gets confusing.

Best advice: If you look good, keep things the same and cruise into the contest. If you aren't stage ready a week out, nothing you do the last week will have much of an impact and could possibly make things worse.

I'm on target. I was just wondering about the proper way to carb load. Are you saying that it isn't nessecary?

If you look good, don't do anything drastic (water deplete, sodium deplete, carb load, etc.) the last week. Maintain your regular diet with the foods your body is accustomed to. Too many times we hear "I looked better the week before" or "I spilled over" or "I'm holding water". Why change anything if you are ready. The risk of ruining what you have got is greater than what can be achieved with carb/water manipulation.

I agree with Mark, if you make changes at all they should be small and calculated (if at all)

There are some older posts that address this topic but you have to sort it all out. I agree with the others that what you did up to then should continue. Beverly does have some guidance in their plans and The Shark has imbedded his link to the basic plan with slight modification. You may also want to look up the articles by Dr Joe that addresses EXTREME measures. Peace.
