Okay, don't laugh. I was talking to someone at the gym who did a show last fall and he told me that his trainer wrapped him in saran wrap the night before the show and he slept in it!??? He put it on his torso, arms and legs.. and claimed that he was extremely vascular in the morning. I think I've heard everything now.. so, is there any validity to this!? I guess I feel you are either ready or NOT and last minute 'tricks' like this should not be necessary. Thoughts?? Eek

I've heard of people wrapping their waist/abs with saran wrap after applying prep-h to remove water. I'm not sure what could come of simply wrapping saran wrap other than being extremely uncomfortable and making it harder than it already is to sleep the night before. Who knows though, lots of people have lots of crazy little things they do to get ready.

This is not all that common.

Some will use thiomucase as well.

There seems to be some benefits, albeit they are short lived.

I did a trial run with the Prep-H last night. It defentily saps the area of water. Unfortuantly if you are a little late in your diet (like me) it will only do so much.

It will help, but don't expect miracles.

The preparation h only lasts for a couple hours and you can't use any tanning product on top of it.

Hey guys.. I did this.. I thought what the heck and tried it. As Dwayne states, it did take some of my pro-tan off as the saran was wet in the a.m. when I 'unwrapped' myself. I was already cut and dry for the show - and very depleted, so I didn't expect it to be the miracle cure. Not sure it had any benefit whatsoever.. but it didn't hurt things either! Wink

The other one is Thiomucase along with trash bags. They do work but don't expect miracles. It will sap a little fluid right out from the skin. Pro's do both, well, along with everything else...lol
