4 days a week with 30 min of HIIT combined with very few carbs is going to have an adverse effect, like you experienced. I'd substitute 30 min of LISS instead, increase carbs to 150gr, decrease protein to 125gr, and keep fats around 30-35gr, for the next 10 days and monitor your results.
Take your bcaa's before and after training, and in between meals.
