Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me. I started my diet at 16 weeks out following the phase 1 diet for ifgure competitors. I'm steadily losing a half pound per week and am now down to 15% bf. I was planning on switching over to phase 2 today, but am now wondering if I should stay with the first diet since I'm still losing on it.? Do I make the switch and ramp everything up a notch or stay the course....? Thanks for any help you can give me!!

It depends how many weeks you have left before the contest and whether or not you have enough time to get down at the rate your going.Its great you have continued to make progress but most likely it will slowdown at somepoint. If you need to speed things up you could add some cardio and see what that does.
