If you stress over traveling during contest prep. It can be done with planning.
I prepared all of my food the weekend before. Each meal (except my whites/oatmeal). I prepackag them in labeled containers/baggies, froze them, put them frozen into my carry-on luggage(on wheels of course) wrapped in newspaper with icepacks. When I got to the beach they were still frozen. Each day was ready. I only cooked Meal 1. I got to enjoy my days instead of cooking & grocery shopping. Leslie |

This is true! I've done it countless times. A few hours the night before and BOOM, 12 meals ready to go! Taking UMP, Livers and Mass along also help out a TON.
Oh, and HealthNut, a little trick with the eggs and Oatmeal is to blend the oatmeal and eggs together and premake a couple of "pancakes"... believe me, it tastes great with some Stevia and Cinnamon thrown into the mix, u can try a little pumpkin spice too... They keep just fine and you can eat'em cold! Enjoy Vijay Rock Puri, D.C. |

Leslie is a trooper and doing wonderful on diet we have her in the zone. Its awesome you stuck to it all while having a little beach time. Chunky is right you can do your egg whites and oats that way and it is good. |

Yes! I've done the premade pancakes in the past. Their just as good cold when you're stranded in the airport too. Yum!
Also, I made my turkey/potato meals into patties for easy eats on the plan. I was prepared for any delay! Couldn't let you down J! Leslie |
