All...I got all of the Dream Tan off and most of the Pro Tan, although not all.

Question - should I wait to get back in the tanning bed until I get all the Pro Tan off? I don't want to bake this stuff into my skin!

Next show in 3 weeks.

I'd wait a few days with the bed, give your skin some time to recover, plus you got 3 weeks till your next show, with the base tan you have already you should be fine to start tanning again beginning of next week, I'd say.
