Hi guys, I just competed June 2nd and went through a horrible rebound. I ate myself silly for about 10 days following competition. Obviously this was a no-no. Anyway, I am gearing up for my second competition of the summer and would like to NOT rebound this time. Can someone direct me to a meal plan to follow after the show that will bring me gracefully back to an off-season building phase diet? (I am competing in figure.) I appreciate any help, ~C. You looked great, good work. Id follow a lean gain diet for females, alternating that with a gain diet, something like 2 weeks on the gain and 1 week on the lean gain, if you notice too much bodyfat switch the time on the gain diet. You should be able to find something if you do a search on the main page under figure dieting, etc. Good Luck, Jason Theobald | |||
