I was wondering who has tried the fat loading and what the results were. Is it possible to start carb loading one day then swic to a fat loading routine? carbs one day then mostly fats from almond butter and nuts after. finish off wish a day of beef and grapefruit? I am going to try and load carbs one day, then keep full with fats one day then finish off with a beef and grapefruit day before my show next weekend. Just concerned of coming in too flat from a day of beef and grapefruit friday..hmmmm.. I am all ears to any comments..thanks everyone
