Is their a significant reasoning behind what order I eat the specific items in my carb up meals or can it be interchanged? I was thinking of eating my veggie first for the benefits of the "fiber block" and then just mashing up the cooked oats, cooked sweet potato and smashed banana all in one bowl of mush and then throwing in hot water and cinnamon to kick it up a noth. The foods are still there and still retain their respective GI and rates of digestiong so I dont see the harm in combinding them like this.
Also, my carb meal is as follows: 1 cup veggies 1 cup oats 8 oz yam 4 oz banana
Does this seem small to you? I am ~5% bodyfat, 6'1'' and 186lbs, 15 days out from contest. Not to put the expertise of my Bev advisor in question but Im just curiouse.
